Wellness Roller
I thought I'd kick off the weekly emails with my current favorite. As you probably know, essential oils approach health from the angle of promoting and maintaining wellness, rather than waiting to get sick and then looking for a quick fix. I've been trying new ways of incorporating oils in my wellness routine, and this is my first year of teaching in ages that I haven't gotten sick by this time of year -- there are tons of variables of course, but I give this roller a lot of credit!!!
I roll it up and down my spine every day. If I feel like something might be coming on, or if a lot of my students are sick, I increase applications to 2-4 times per day. You can also roll it on the bottoms of your feet!
(Another strategy I use is Ningxia Red. There's currently a 20-day Facebook group chatting about this supplement -- let me know if you'd like me to add you to that!)
