Nighttime diffuser blend

This week I went back to school, and last night I ran out of Cedarwood. Pretty much my worst case scenario. I definitely pushed my monthly order through within about five minutes of this realization. You'll notice that the ingredients here are the same as those in my well-loved nighttime roller because, well, why mess with a good thing? Personally, I prefer to use the diffuser at home, and the roller when I travel. If you need even more of a boost, try adding Valerian, or check out these additional tips!
